As a Licensed Plumber, I know exactly how your home’s systems are supposed to work. When I scope a vent or check a gas line, I’m not just looking for blockages—I’m spotting code violations and shortcuts that other evaluators miss. I know what a bad job looks like because I’ve been the one called to fix it.
During my 5 years as a Former Firefighter and Paramedic, I responded to the aftermath of unsafe homes. I’ve seen how a blocked dryer vent or expired alarm turns a house into a tragedy. That experience drives my commitment to catching risks before they become 911 calls.
As a certified Senior Home Safety Specialist (SHSS), my audits are tailored to protect independence and prevent injuries at home. I focus on critical life safety factors such as fall prevention, optimized home lighting, fire safety, and personal security, giving families complete peace of mind without any pressure or upselling.

All audits include a detailed visual report with photos, and actionable recommendations. Flat fees start at $150. Standard audit pricing applies to homes up to 2,500 sq. ft. Larger homes or unusually complex properties may require a custom quote.
